Have a Happy Holiday Season in Downtown Long Beach. With real snow, holiday carolers, an outdoor ice rink, a tree lot, a window light display contest where you get to decide the winner and more, every day is a day to celebrate Downtown!

Festival of Lights, Dec. 1 - 24

More than 35 Downtown storefronts have decorated their windows with festive light displays and you get to decide the winner! Stop by all the participating businesses and vote for your favorite. Holiday Music Series, Dec. 1 - 23

Add cheer to your holiday season with carolers strolling Downtown Long Beach and live music performances featuring your favorite festive songs!

Every Tuesday from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, you'll find the merry songs being sung at 100 Ocean gate. On Wednesday, head over to 444 W. Ocean if you want to hear your favorite holiday song. Thursdays finds the carolers at the World Trade Center during lunch.

On Friday and Saturday nights, stroll with the holiday fun as the carolers walk throughout Shoreline Village and the esplanade. If you want an earlier celebration, head to the Farmer's Market on 1st every Saturday in December where a brass holiday band will brighten up your shopping from 10 am - 2 pm. To end the week, carolers will stroll Pine Avenue, taking requests and adding cheer wherever they go!


Ice Rink, Now until January 31

Enjoy outdoor ice skating at the Pike at Rainbow Harbor. Just steps from the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by great shopping and dining, this first-ever Downtown Long Beach ice rink is a must-do this holiday season! Snow Day at Shoreline Village, Dec. 12

Parade of 1000 Lights, Dec. 12

Celebrate the season with a Christmas Boat Parade presented by Shoreline Yacht Club. Dozens of boats decorated with hundreds of festive lights will tour the harbor at Shoreline Village. Visit with Santa at Metropolitan Living, Dec. 19
