DLBA and the Long Beach Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

The Downtown Long Beach Associates, in partnership with the Long Beach Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is pleased to announce exclusive and free 1-on-1 counseling meetings with experienced business consultants.  This newly-developed program is designed to offer a fresh perspective to business owners and professionals in the Downtown area on a wide range of topics.

These private counseling sessions can be on any topic, including but not limited to business expansion and start-up, marketing and sales tactics, business plan development, financing resources and web design and development.

Sessions are available on an appointment-only basis from 9 am - 4 pm at the DLBA office.  Please call the SBDC at (562) 570-4571 to schedule your free appointment.

Appointments are available on the following dates:

March 12 and 26, 9 am - 4 pm

April 9 and 23, 9 am - 4 pm

May 14 and 28, 9 am - 4 pm

June 11 and 25, 9 am - 4 pm

In addition to the free 1-on-1 counseling sessions, the DLBA and SBDC are also pleased to present all Downtown Stakeholders with the opportunity benefit from workshops on a variety of pertinent topics.

On March 27, there will be a Marketing Roundtable from 8:30 - 11:30 am. This hands-on workshop will provide small business owners with advice and suggestions for how to best promote their business. Please call the SBDC at (562) 570-4571 to reserve your spot today.
