Aquarium of the Pacific

Offers visitors a chance to explore the largest body of water on the Earth - the Pacific Ocean. When first entering the Aquarium's bright Great Hall of the Pacific (the size of an entire football field), visitors will come across the Aquarium's three Preview Exhibits, which offer highlights of the Aquarium's three main exhibits.

Long Beach Opera

Long Beach Opera

Founded in 1979, the Long Beach Opera is the oldest operatic producing company in the metropolitan Los Angeles and Orange County region. With a repertory of over seventy operas, including early and late Baroque works, twentieth century works, and operas of special interest from the standard repertory, Long Beach Opera is well known for its world, American and west coast premieres of new and rare operas.

Long Beach Symphony Orchestra

Established in 1935, today the LBSO draws loyal audiences from the greater Long Beach region to its “Classics” series in the Terrace Theater, Symphony POPS! concerts in the Long Beach Arena, and its new Holiday Celebration concert. It also serves over 50,000 students per school year through its education programs.

Museum of Latin American Art (MoLAA)

Founded in 1996 MOLAA is the only museum in the United States exclusively dedicated to modern and contemporary Latin American art, and serves the greater Los Angeles area. Since its inception, MOLAA has doubled its size, added a 15,000 sq. ft. sculpture garden, and expanded its permanent collection, ranging from works by Tamayo and Matta to Cruz Diez and Bedia.
